How we get your food from our kitchen to your door: where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs and what to expect when your rider arrives.

Last updated 19 October 2026

1. Where we deliver

Every HBC order is cooked in one kitchen, so we deliver only to the areas close to it: Sectors 41, 50, 51, 73, 74, 75, 76 and 77 in Noida.

When you set or choose a delivery address, the app checks whether we deliver there, so you'll know before you order. We don't deliver outside these sectors.

Our kitchen
B-002, Stellers Kings Court, Sector 50, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We deliver only to the address in your order. Need to change it after ordering? Contact us quickly. We'll try to help if the new address is close by, but once your rider has left, we may not be able to.

2. When we deliver

We take and deliver orders only while our kitchen is open.

8 AM – 1 AM, every day

In very bad weather or on unusually busy days, we may pause orders or close early, so that we can keep deliveries safe and on time.

3. How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 25–40 minutes. The app shows an estimated time and updates it as your order moves.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer because of:

  • rain, waterlogging, fog or extreme heat;
  • traffic, road closures and diversions;
  • busy times, such as weekend evenings and festivals;
  • large orders, or addresses that are hard to find or reach.

If your order is running late, we update the estimated time in the app and let you know. If it arrives very late for a reason within our control, tell us and we'll make it right, for example with a partial refund or HBC Wallet credit.

4. Tracking your order

Follow your order live from the Home screen or My orders. It moves through four stages:

  1. Confirmed: we've received your order. You can still cancel it free at this stage.
  2. Preparing: our kitchen is cooking your food.
  3. On the way: your rider has picked it up. You'll see their name, rating and vehicle number, and you can call them through a masked number.
  4. Delivered: your order has reached you, and you can rate it.

5. Delivery fee

Delivery costs ₹39 per order, and it's free when your item total is ₹499 or more.

Your item total is the price of your dishes and add-ons, before GST & charges, any coupon and any tip, so using a coupon doesn't take away free delivery. Your cart shows how much more you need to add for free delivery.

The delivery fee appears in your bill before you pay, along with GST & charges (5% GST on your item total plus a flat ₹5 charge). See our terms for every line in the bill.

6. Instructions and contactless delivery

At checkout, you can tell your rider:

  • Leave at door: contactless delivery. The rider leaves your order at your door and marks it delivered.
  • Avoid calling: the rider calls only if they can't find you.
  • Don't ring bell: for when someone at home is asleep.
  • Pet at home: so the rider knows to expect one at the door.
Leave at door is switched on by default. Switch it off at checkout if you'd like your order handed to you. With it on, your order counts as delivered once it's left at your door, so please bring it in soon.

Cash-on-delivery orders are always handed to you, because the rider needs to collect the payment.

Live in a gated society or work in a large office? Approve your rider at the gate (for example, in your society's visitor app) and add a landmark to your address, so they can reach your door.

7. If the rider can't reach you

If your rider can't find you or get to your door, they'll call you through a masked number and wait about 10 minutes. Our support team may also try to call you. If we still can't reach you, support may cancel the order.

As your food was cooked and brought to you, an order cancelled this way usually isn't refunded. Our refund policy has the details.

To help your rider find you:

  • set the map pin at your building's entrance;
  • add your flat, floor and a landmark;
  • keep your phone switched on and reachable until your food arrives.

8. Packaging and food safety

Our kitchen is licensed by FSSAI (licence no. 22724925000143) and follows its food safety and hygiene rules. Every order leaves the kitchen packed in food-grade containers and sealed.

  • Check the seal when your order arrives. If it's broken, or the food is spilled or damaged, take photos and tell us within 2 hours of delivery (see our refund policy).
  • Our food is cooked fresh and is best eaten soon after it arrives. If you keep some for later, put it in the fridge soon.
  • Have a food allergy? Ask us before you order (see Menu, calories and allergens).

9. Tipping your rider

Tips are optional, and no tip is added unless you choose one. At checkout, you can add ₹20, ₹30 or ₹50, and 100% of your tip goes to your rider.

If your order is cancelled before your rider picks it up, or if we cancel it, we refund the tip.

10. Your rider and your privacy

Your rider sees only what they need to deliver your order: your name, your address with its landmark and map position, your delivery instructions and, for cash orders, the amount to collect. Calls between you and your rider go through a masked number, so neither of you sees the other's real number.

After delivery, you can give your rider a thumbs up or down. Please treat riders with respect; they're often out in heavy traffic and tough weather. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

11. Delivery problems

If your order is late, damaged or hasn't arrived, contact us from Help & support in the app, call +91 99589 01081, or email healthybitechef@gmail.com. We're available 8 AM – 1 AM, every day.

Our refund & cancellation policy explains what we refund and how quickly.
