Every dish carries a green veg or red non-veg mark, and the Veg switch on the Home screen shows only vegetarian dishes.

We aim to deliver within 25–40 minutes of your order. Once your order is on the way, the app shows your rider on a live map with an arrival time.

Open Live tracking from the Home screen or from My orders. If your order is running late, we update the arrival time and let you know.

Yes, free of charge while it shows Confirmed. Once our kitchen starts preparing it, we usually can’t cancel it.

With UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or another UPI ID you add), a credit or debit card, HBC Wallet, or cash on delivery.

Refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–7 working days, or to HBC Wallet instantly if you prefer.

A balance in the app for quicker checkout. It holds money you add, refunds you choose to take there, and cashback from offers.

We use it to run your account and your orders. We never sell your personal data.

Send a request from our Delete your account page. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
